WHERE DOES THE HISTORICAL INFORMATION COME FROM?

In 1957, Bruno Barbatti wrote a doctoral thesis on the „Refuge“ in Zurich and paved the way for related sources in the State Archives. At the anniversary of the Reformation in 2017 Barbara Hutzl-Ronge also prepared two city tours about the French and Waldensian refugees in Zurich and included these in the book „Stadtgeschichten“. When the opportunity arose to put together a digital city tour she found even more information and developed more than 50 sites, in which she also refers to the volumes on art monuments in the city of Zurich.
